Winter Wonderland!

The family and I escaped to Tahoe for a few days in February to enjoy the snow. We completely “unplugged” from communication with the world for 5 days and it was got into “cocoon mode.” Once we got over the initial shock of not checking emails, or facebook, we settled into a much quieter existence. We did a lot of cooking, reading by the fire, sledding and hiking. I hope we make that an annual tradition.
